Teams Edu has release couple weeks and we are keep testing with it these days. I found some issue with my onenote class note book from the Teams end.
Teams Edu has 4 template teams you can create, I use the Classes team to do a test. When I create the notebook from my classes teams, I found some tab will disappear from my Teams end ( No matter I use the Team client to open it or directly use the browser to check it)
You can see the lone note page I can see is just the welcome page, but the collaboration page, content library or private page for teacher and student are all gone from my end.
However, if I use the onenote client or open it from class notebook web page, the layout works fine. All my tabs can see it. Anyone know what is going on for this case? I already try to login with different account and create another new class note book from a new teams. But no luck.

Here's what I do: Simply paste the URL od the OneNote Online Notebbok into a WebTab- and you get the full capability that you're looking for.

Well, our school will resume in August. Hope Microsoft can fix this problem before school open. Otherwise it will hard for us to roll out the Teams for our school.

I figured the same issue a few weeks ago and this is the response I received from MS below. Don't know what they released a half baked product. Totally frustrating at the moment.
This is obviously not ideal from the end user perspective, however, I prefer having access to Ms Teams to try it out rather than waiting till all issues are sorted out. Once one knows about it, it is a minor issue to work around. I suggest to currently open OneNote in the desktop and to use it side by side with Teams. Microsoft is aware of the issue and will sort it out sooner or later.
I like what I see with Ms Teams. I think it is going in the right direction.

I am still mystified as to why this functionalitry is so difficult ti implement within the Team frame. Use the elipses [...] and Open in Sharepoint... ope the Notebook from the left hand nav bar... there it is PERFECTLY rendered.
We are lucky to have MS Classroom until Jan 2018 here is Australia. How are you guys in the North going to cope when your academic year starts in a few weeks with a half baked product in Teams.

Well, Our school is in China. As we just have very few teacher using MS classroom. So we prefert to suggest themuse Microsoft Teams. Because MS Classroom is not in O365's long term plan anymore. In this case, we don't need to migrate the service from Classroom to Teams again next year. BTW, I got the news that MS decide to bring MS classroom preview into Teams directly. Not sure what will affect
