Hi,
One of my users are having an odd problem when using Teams. They have their departmental One Drive folder integrated into Teams however when she tries syncing or opening any of the files the pop up appears saying opening One-Drive and nothing happens.
I tried uninstalling, re-installing both Teams and Sharepoint, to no avail.
Tried clearing creds manager if perhaps the issue was linked to incorrect credentials, this did not fix the problem either.
Any suggestions?
