New member cannot log in to MS Team

Dear,

Here we have MS Teams free with 20 users.

I invited a new member. He received the MS Teams e-mail and so on.

But when he tries to log in he receive a message 

"you do not have righst to xxxx. For more information, contact the admin" or something like that.

I checked at portal.azure.com and the user is listed in Azure Active Directory -> Users -

But he is not listed in Azure Active Directory -> Licenses -> Products -> Microsoft Teams (free) - Licensed

And I cannot add him there as we have MS Team free.

How can I solve it?

Only thing I can think of here is they may have been logged in already to another account when clicking the join link and it gave that message. I would just delete the user in the team and then azuread and try sending another invite.
