My picture has not changed on Team

Hello, 

Recently, I faced a problem. I changed my photo on Team and office360, It shows me that my picture is changed, but when I chat with others my old picture comes up. This issue is only on Team. I tried several ways but it doesn't solve.

Did you try clearing the Teams client cache? Or you can simply open a private browser session and check from there.

Usually a simple sign out (not quit/reboot) and sign back into Teams will flush the photos. If that doesn't work, wait a couple days then try again, the cache won't update for a bit sometimes.
