This is an error code indicating that the ServicePrincipal corresponding to the service/application is not present in the tenant on which you are trying to login. There's nothing we ca do about it, only an admin for the corresponding organization can enable this.
Go to : Enterprise Applications (on the left side bar)
Go to : Microsoft Teams - which will open a Slice for MS Teams settings
Enable for users to sign-in? : YES
This steps can be done for other apps as well, in case its not an Enterprise app and a Microsoft Apps like Flow, Planner, etc. Please After step 3, Use the "Application Type" FILTER on top to select All Applications hit apply and keep loading the apps until you find the one you are looking for, rest all steps are same.
If it still doesn't solve, there may be issue with Licenses or other configurations, contact Microsoft Support.
