Microsoft Teams/Calling for call center environment

I am involved with implementing Microsoft Teams Phone system/Calling for an organization, 

 

We are beginning to set up queues and attendants, but we are beginning to realize this set up is not ideal for management to view the activity of the organization. 

 

Has anyone created a dashboard to show the users activity in real time for management. 

I am hoping to deliver, current activity talk time, queue calls, calls today,this week etc.

 

Any advice or input is appreciated!

Hi,

 

Currently there is no API available from Microsoft to support third-party applications with this data. I think it will come early 2020 and then all the call center applications will be ready and I guess there will be some wall board applications too.

 

There are some call center applications out there supporting Teams but they still rely on Skype for Business server, but they can route calls to an agent running Teams.
