Microsoft Teams - Call Quality Issue- issue with audio and video sync

We have an issue, when users is in a video call, they are intermittently facing A/V out of sync - video ahead of the audio

  • issue is intermittent .
  • Subjective testing suggests that calls that stay inside the Europe region are ok. calls that go transatlantic suffer the lag.
  • it happens over both wired and wireless connections
  • This happens on both multi-party calls and one to one calls

I have reviewed the calls on dashboard all looks good ,  please help what need to be checked in such  situation.
