Micorosft Teams and Skype

I am wondering if there will be a possibility to communicate between Teams users and Consumer Skype. It is working (more or less, still the interop features are not good enough in my opinion) in current Skype for Business

Yes. They are adding Skype consumer interop in Q2. They build the new back end most likely with cloud first and interop in mind so I’m sure it’s going to work better. Skype for Business was lync before Microsoft even bought Skype so they just bolted they in. Time will tell. I can’t wait!
