Hi, I wanted to insert a pictures (which I found via google on the internet e.g. here). I just found a picture (in MS Edge browser), right click botton on my mouse and clicked on the "Copy" then I tried to paste the copied picture to the chat in MS Teams but nothing was inserted. I tried the same proccess with Chrome, I found a picture, Copy the picture with right click, paste it to the chat and it works. Is it possible to fix it? It is confusing for end users that sometimes it works and sometimes does not.

Hi Damien,
for me is this totaly basic feature which our end users use on daily bases. Microsoft presents MS Teams as a product which will replace Skype for Business where you can find this feature. You can easy way just click "Ctrl + C" or just right click on your mouse and choose "Copy" from the menu and paste it to the conversation. I am not sure why this feature sometimes works and sometimes does not. It really does not work when I am trying copy picture from Edge and instert it to the Teams even in both clients (browser and desktop). Common case is that you find some picture on the internet and you want to share it with your colleagues the easiest way. I do not think that download picture and that upload it back to the chat is easiest.
Thank you,
Mirek

Hi Miroslav
The only reason I can think that it's not meant to be a feature is that it may be a copyright issue as sharing images that are not your own may be illegal (unless royalty free).
In saying that Teams is evolving and lots of new things are coming and improvements will be made over time as the product develops on.
The only way I can suggest to get images easily into Teams is to add the (Bing) Image app to your Channel/s which searches through Bing Images and lets you easily and quickly post an image to your Channel (see image).
Might be a good alternative?
Cheers
Damien
