Flow tab does not load on MS Teams

I have just started using MS Teams for our company and I would love to start using Flow for automation. Now it works on MS Teams web app but fails to load on the desktop application. It shows a white page after hanging for a few minutes and does not pull up any of the templates. I do not understand why this is showing as null. I have attached the diag logs and a screenshot of what appears. Anyone have any ideas? I do not log into my workstation using same credentials as my MS Teams account. Is anyone having this same issue?

Thanks for raising. I tried to reproduce but couldn't it worked for me -

Using  Version 1.2.00.5665 (64 bit)

 

Have you tried

- Removing and re-adding the Flow Tab

- Closing Teams completely including signing completely out/back in

- Clear the Teams cache

 

And your client is on the latest version?

@Christopher Hoard Attempted all of the above troubleshooting steps and I even have my colleague that had the same issue and it had resolved itself. However, I am still encountering the same issue. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache and the "100" locations the cache is stored. Signed out and back in and ensured that the application is at it's latest version. I am at a loss right now :\

Seems bizarre! I would personally raise a ticket to support on this one with the diag logs. I would also say, if you are willing, to uninstall Teams itself as a last attempt and see if that resolves it.

With it working for your colleague and on the web it would seem it's localised to your machine - anyone else in your organisation having the issue? Do you have another machine to test on?

Hello, I'm having the same problem on 2 different computers. One is my own laptop, the other is my work laptop that is logged into the company VPN.

 

I installed Microsoft Message Analyzer and it looks like it's trying to communicate with tip0-psux-northeurope.cloudapp.net. I've found that this domain is used by Azure for app deployments.

 

Is it possible that this domain is being blocked? I found an article that talks about some security concerns with this domain due do the risk of cookie stealing and CSFR attacks. Could this be the issue?

I'm also seeing this error there using Edge and it's hanging on his URL: https://westeurope.notifications.teams.microsoft.com/users/8:orgid:{Id Redacted}/endpoints/{Id Redacted}/events/poll. 

 

Any ideas?

 

Edit: Upon closer inspection, it's timing out and returning a 200 response code but with an empty response.
