I've had a number of staff complain that on a mobile device (iphone or ipad) when they go into the files section on a particular channel no files will present. There are a number of folders and files (possibly 20 folders with maybe 70-100 files in total). The teams app shows no files and says "Share files in this channel". If you go out of the files section and back in some times it then shows the files and folder and then can just disappear. Is there any limitation on the files section? Has anyone seen this behaviour before?
1.) Updating the IOS app to the latest version (1.0.84) if you haven’t already done so and see if that fixes 2.) Signing out and back into the app 3.) Removing and Reading the app
If the issue is still persistent after this I would recommend
- Opening a ticket with Microsoft via the Microsoft 365 admin portal at https://login.microsoftonline.com - Raising it on Teams Uservoice in the big section - You could also look to raise an issue through the mobile app itself
