We have a major issue using Teams with our SRSV2 systems.
Once you dial a call and connect, the dial pad is no longer available, so you can't dial an access code, which is needed for virtually any meeting you join via PSTN.
This behavior happens when you put the SRS system into Teams primary mode. It does not happen if it's in Skype primary mode.

I also just ran into this same issue, Has anyone been able to get this addressed with a proper answer as to what the issue is and when Teams will support the ability to use the phone to dial into calls that require additional digit inputs

Microsoft are aware & actively working to resolve this by February.

Wes, is there a case/ticket I can follow? We are being hindered by the same issue.

Upgraded SRSv2 non surface to 4.0.78.0 with Teams Default. When making an outbound call and the caller or IVR picks up, the keypad disappears. There is no keypad button or way to enter a conference bridge from the SRSv2.

Hopefully solved soon. But if they had solved it in the current version, shouldn't they close the Uservoice?

@Jonas Back we finally were able to pull down 4.0.78.0 and the dial pad along with several other issues seemed to be corrected.
