Cannot add new member on Microsoft Teams or Office 365 Group

Does anybody experienced this issue this morning (GMT +7)? We cannot add new member into Microsoft Teams Channels or Office 365 Group (add or remove).

The Service Health - Microsoft Teams show Healthy.

Microsoft Technical Teams please help.

My customer is having the same trouble since this morning (Tokyo, Japan time). No alert on Service health dashboard.

The trouble is resolved. Now it works normally.

Do you know what is the issue that cause the trouble ?

I'm asking MS Partner now but they haven't answer yet.

I cannot add a guest member today.

This is frustrating.

In the introduction during registration they ask you to be positive, but this is really asking a lot.
I am in the hurry to create a team......and I can not!
