Can't add tab to existing SharePoint-based OneNote to Teams - access denied 40003.

When attempting to add a OneNote notebook on SharePoint to a Teams tab that I definitely have access to, I get error access denied 40003. I can add pages from my personal notebook, but not from SharePoint.
