1. At the classic reception desk there is the peculiarity of a "busy lamp field" in the classical telecommunication system. Is this possible with TEAMS? If yes how?
2. To what extent is it possible to implement a central hotline with Microsoft teams? For example, if someone calls our Landline hotline, the call will ring on Skype for Business to all devices. Is this also possible with TEAMS?
