I do not have any simultaneous ringing options set, yet when I receive a call in Teams (I have Phone System set up with a Microsoft-provisioned phone number), both my desktop app and the app on my iPhone are ringing at the same time. This seems a little silly, and is a bit awkward when I have a single headset that both devices are paired with. Does anyone have any experience with this? Related, it would be nice to have the ability to set quiet hours for calls on the mobile app. There is a quiet hours setting, but apparently, it doesn't apply to calls.

Hi,

Teams will call you on all signed in devices so that you don't miss any calls, so if you are signed in to two computers, one iphone and one deskphone (even if nobody uses them anymore) it will ring on all your devices when you get a call, set different signals and you will have a small orchestra. I did not see any uservoice for this but you could create one at https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com

As you write quiet hours in Teams mobile app is only for notification not for calls, on the iPhone you can use the DND mode, I think that Teams will follow that so you won't get any ring signal.

@saubermfg We were testing this same situation and whether we used a Jabra or Plantronics headset.  When the headset is paired with both an iPhone and the computer, if you answer the call on the desktop app the headset does not work.  The desktop app says Teams can't hear you.  Either you're being really quiet, or you should check your device settings.  Has anyone else seen this issue and is the only solution to have the headset paired with one or the other?

@saubermfg Hi, the 2 issues you are mentioning are exactly what I was searching the web for. Did you have any succes in finding solutions to them? Thanks. Regards.
