They have migrated to Skype For Business Online. The only issue they have, is that they need to call 1 Premium number. They are located in BE and NL, which unfortunately don’t support outgoing calls to Premium Numbers.
1) Is it possible to make an exception for certain numbers, so that they can call this premium number from BE and NL? 2) What is the advised work-around from Microsoft? They want to go fully cloud, so is it possible to have a work-around that doesn’t include Direct Routing (which for you need an SBC)?
