Call from main office number

Hi there.

Just a quick question. With Skype for Business, you could add a user to a group and whenever they called someone externally it would show the main office number rather than their direct number. Just wondering how we accomplish this in Teams?

@Markupcraft You could, for instance, configure Call Queues for this and change the caller id for outbound calls

Are you using calling plans or direct routing?
