Hi.
We have an issue where customers are complaining that a call will disconnect from a conference when the user has been on mute for a few minutes. Is there anything within Teams back end that would cause this or is this likely to be SBC behavior... Direct Routing

Solution@BenRooke that'll be the SBC disconnecting a call as it thinks the connection is broken as no data is coming on mute. See
