I Teams you can go to Calls button > Select Contacts, find your contact (it displays your contacts from Outlook) and press the three dots to the right of the contact, you should then see a menu with all numbers.

However calling from within outlook contacts fires up SFB.
Perfect answer re calling from within contacts. Thanks (Completely missed that).
In some ways the above is less of an issue as the method of using contacts in teams will covers most situations.
Do you know the expected lag between adding a contact in outlook and it becoming available in Teams? Doesn't appear to be instant.
Can I ask a further basic question.
"Speed Dial", going into contacts I can call users as you outline fine by number etc. I can then add to "speed dial" but how do you add the office number to the speed dial contact vs mobile. Also from within Speed dial are you limited to one method of calling?
