Hi,

I have for a customer turned on the function busy on busy using Direct Routing. When the user on a CallQueue place them self busy they still get calls and they answer buttons pops up.

If the user change the status to DoNotDisturb they still hear the calls form CQ but then they don't get the answer button.

This can't be the way this should work. 

Anyone out there who has tried this and get it working?
