Busy on Busy no busy tone

When I activate Busy on Busy in the calling policy, it works and I no longer get multiple calls. However, the caller does not hear an effective busy signal, but only hears a very short signal tone, after which the call is immediately terminated.

 

Is there anything else to configure, to get a real busy tone?

Hmm! Don’t know what the expected experience should be, but afaik there’s no configuration of this as of yet except enable or disable it!

I was expecting that the end-user can set up his settings in the Teams app Phone Settings section, or otherwise online👇🏼

@Guido Peter I tried to get this working together wiht AA/CQ functions. I have created a policy who the users has and it looks like this:

Identity : Tag:BusyonBusy
Description : Laget for å få på busy on busy for brukere som har behov for funksjonaliteten.
AllowPrivateCalling : True
AllowVoicemail : UserOverride
AllowCallGroups : True
AllowDelegation : True
AllowCallForwardingToUser : True
AllowCallForwardingToPhone : True
PreventTollBypass : False

BusyOnBusyEnabledType : Enabled

 

All the users has this but they are still offered calls even they are in a call. And they who is needed to have this policy has it

TeamsCallingPolicy : BusyonBusy

 

Any good tip to get this working?
