Additional default tabs for existing and new channels

Hello, 

What I would like to do is apply an app to all my channels as a tab. I do not want my users to have to add the app nor do I want my team to do it for them.

This app/tab would be in addition to Conversations and Files. 

Is there a way to add additional default tabs to channels?
