AADSTS70001: Application {GUID} is disabled for Administrator of tenant

I have created a new Office 365 Tenant that I have through the Office 365 Developer program. I have 5 users licensed with the E3 Developer SKU.

 

When I visit https://teams.microsoft.com/ with non Office 365 Administrators, Teams works just fine. When I access Microsoft Teams with the ADministrator account, I get an error on from Azure AD on the sign in.

 

AADSTS70001: Application '5e3ce6c0-2b1f-4285-8d4b-75ee78787346' is disabled.

 

Has anyone experienced this before?

 

In the Microsoft Teams administration page, Teams is enabled and I've confirmed licensing is applied correctly.

Solution

An old post but I just stumbled across this problem.  Clearing the browser history resolved it for me.  Not sure what caused it originally.
