Islands mode has its pro and cons. So does the coexistence of Skype-only and Teams-only. Is there a comparison of the pro and cons from an end-user perspective?

Hi Judith, great question. Determining the right coexistence path really depends on what experiences you want to prioritize for your users. For example, we see most customers choosing to stay in Islands mode, running SfBO and Teams side by side and driving adoption of Teams proactively. Once you reach decent adoption on Teams you can then start planning to move into Teams only mode, either for groups of users in a phased manner or for everyone at once depending on what's right for your organization. If you have users who are less tech savvy or will be challenged having both SfBO and Teams available for similar capabilities then you might leverage one of the other modes.
