Introduce more languages to auto translation of audio to closed captions.
Japanese translation of captions would be a huge help for us.
In general I think its critical for global organizations to have robust set of CC options. Does anyone know if this is on the roadmap and when? I have seen that there are a large number of interface languages coming in Q2 but nothing shown in relevance to the closed captioning.
Without this feature it forces duplication of content having to manually create different language versions of the each video instead of managing it as a single topic.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciate. Thanks @Randy Perkins-Smart for adding this although Klingon is not as relevant to our organization appreciate you posting this up. :)
This would be a great feature to have. As far as I can tell from the Azure documentation (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/media/transforms/createorupdate#audioanalyzerpreset), Azure already supports more languages than Stream. I do not understand, why Stream does not leverage the capabilities available in Azure.
