Can't change group for a channel in Microsoft Stream later?

When creating channels in Microsoft Stream, there seems to be no option to change the channel access right (i.e. add groups) later?

Channels in Stream are to simply organize content and have no permissions. Groups in Stream are used to permission content. Channels can by company wide or in a group. Channels in a group inherit permissions from the group and company wide channels are open to everyone in the company.
