I couldn't found such functions.
Am I overlooking it or are there plans to be added ?

Sorry, we don't have the ability to look at or analyze the audit logs for Stream at this time.
We eventually will add audit logs from Stream to the O365 Info Protection audit logs, but that's on the list for the future.
If you want to add an idea for audit logs so others can vote/comment on it, that would be appreciated.
