Last week at SharePoint Conference North America, we showcased our innovations and updates for Microsoft Content Services in Office 365.  Many of the details were also covered in our blog post, Enrich your SharePoint Content with Intelligence and Automation.

At SharePointFest 2019 in Chicago this past December, vendors were telling us to move away from Document Sets. I find this unnerving as I am working with customers building solutions that utilize Doc Sets. They're much more useful than standard folders. So what's the truth? Are Doc Sets going away or will they remain?

Document sets are supported and an ongoing investment area for us, so we have no idea why vendors told you differently.
