What is the difference between Store apps and Built-In apps that are published through Intune?

Hi Everyone, I'm wondering what the difference is between deploying Store apps and Built-In apps from Intune. Thanks

Built-in apps just give a quicker way of deploying typical enterprise apps. The actual apps do not differ from the ones in the regular store.

All built-in apps are eligible for app protection and configuration policies.
