OS Automatically Upgrading to Enterprise

Hi All

Strange one this.

We have W10 devices that come with Windows 10 Pro.

However on enrolling in to Azure AD / Intune MDM these devices are automatically upgraded to W10 Enterprise.

We do have Configuration Profiles / Policies for OS Edition Upgrade, however these are set as Unassigned at the moment.

Where else could this OS Upgrade be coming from?
