I understand that there is no direct tenant to tenant migration option for Intune managed devices, but does anyone have some suggestions on the best way to migrate Intune from one tenant to another? My best guess is that we recreate the existing policies in the new tenant, then have the user unenroll their device from the old tenant and re-enroll in the new tenant. Does that sound about right?

Yes - that sounds right. You can export some things from the old tenant and import it into the new tenant.

But the big issue is still that all users need to unenroll and enroll there devices.

Thanks @Per Larsen. We'll add that as a risk for our migration
