Data transfer policy exemptions to the Intune MAM

Has anyone used data transfer exemptions available in Intune App Protection policies? i tried adding third party apps in the exemption list and it doesn't seem to work as expected. Is this app exemption only work for the apps mentioned in this tech article or we can exempt any app we would like? https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/intune/app-protection-policy-settings-ios#data-transfer-exemptions

Hi Vishruti,

on iOS it is the the URL protocol identifier.  They have an example on docs for WebEx with identifier wbx.

The URL would be wbx://<webex-meeting> and here the identifier is wbx, that's what you allow in the exception list.
