"As SharePoint Administrator building a migration plan, an IT Manager hiring a consultant there's huge pressure for your project to satisfy all stakeholders, and not run into any unplanned technical errors. With 100s of my own migrations I've seen how two critical decisions that can create a successful migration. These decisions are the balance of structuring your migration between the change management approach and the technical architecture. In this webinar we'll discuss the variables (timeline, end-user interaction, database size, SharePoint Team size, etc) that effect this balance. In this webinar, we'll discusses: - The two proven approaches to migration – Cutover vs Gradual - The three most common migration architectures – Lift & Shift, Multi-Prong & Distributed - Most common variables that make migrations fail."

I successfully migrated many Microsoft services and products beyond technical consulting service for federal government and DoD customers 2 years ago.  We did not have much technical deep dive information then. 2019 is going to be a transformative year in Microsoft platform and cloud.  Please keep doing great works for us and customers.

Your session is inspired beyond Microsoft solutions and products.

In return, I will share my success stories with our fellow Microsoft.   Thanks for a wonderful and practical time.

One more thing: feel free to post your resources so we can follow your guidance and share with others. No pdf, please.
