Continental AG, a major German European automotive parts and accessory maker, was preparing for a wide-scale workforce migration to Microsoft Office 365 from a legacy Lotus Notes platform. Hoping to speed adoption, the company teamed with Avanade on an innovative chatbot solution to make the transition to the new cloud communications and collaboration platform as easy and painless as possible its employees. In this session we explore the challenges Continental faced, the chatbot strategy and the results the company has achieved so far. We then take a more in-depth look at the solution architecture and see a demonstration of how the chatbot proactively answers frequently asked questions and helps with other self-serve functions.
