Build a modern intranet: Real-world planning, information architecture, governance, and adoption

Highlighted
Learn how we are leveraging Office 365 to deliver a modern digital workplace at a real-world customer. The approach is unique in that was "governance-first" - with a cross-functional team gathered to align on vision and business objectives that have provided a framework for the design and deployment of the intranet and team collaboration services.

Re: Build a modern intranet: Real-world planning, information architecture, governance, and adoption

Superb! What is concerning for me is that even with the wealth of knoweldge on how to implement a successful Intranet many do not. Simply focusing on the wrong areas and not getting key things defined such as High level buy in, campaigns, training and IA..... Far too often I see people implement then realise many parts were missing, then having to back track to push forward.... Costly and time consuming to say the least.

I just tested all the links - they all work. You may want to see if tiny.cc links are blocked from your location. The only link that doesn't take you directly to the content is the web part link. However, Dave has provided that link in the comments to the original post: http://shire.co/hubWebParts.
