ABSTRACT: Connecting with consumers is one of the highest priorities of every organization. In a mobile-first, cloud-first world this connection goes through logging in to self-service portals and applications that try to improve customer satisfaction but also reduce servicing costs. Managing user accounts and passwords for millions of consumers has been challenging in security, privacy, quality of service and availability.
Cloud economics and scale can be the solution to this challenge.
