I want to create a form to write to a specific Excel file so I create it using the add option from a sharepoint documents page
This creates the form in shared forms for the group and the corresponding excel file
There is then a persistent link between these two items even if both are renamed
I want to create the form as a template and then create multiple copies in local languages, all writing separate excel files to the same location
Copying the template form in MS forms>group forms creates a new excel file on the sharepoint site
So I have what I want in essence but to my question, where can I find the data link between form and excel file and potentially edit it? For instance, should I want to change the excel file location.
I am aware I can use a work round using MS flow but I want to keep it simple
