How to create fix set of branching questions based on number entered in Form

Hi all, 

I am trying to create a Form where user should be able to enter any number between 1 to 10 so the Form branches out to same set of questions for e.g. maximum of 10 instances. Please share if you have worked on similar Form design, Thanks.

@Viral Naik - I do not think so Forms can do this.
