Creating a Form internally, for external use

Microsoft

Hello,

I'm creating a form that will be sent to Microsoft Partners to allow them to sign-up for a series of events. I've been asked by privacy to change the privacy URL at the bottom of the form to reflect Microsoft's external privacy policy. Is this possible? I'm not seeing a place where this can be edited. Also, will external users that are not on Microsoft's network be able to access the form?

Thanks!

Hi @Nicole_Miller,

There is a uservoice open to be able to modify the privacy statement on Forms

https://microsoftforms.uservoice.com/forums/386451-welcome-to-microsoft-forms-suggestion-box/suggest...

Currently, if the form is sent internally, it will pickup the privacy statement defined by the organisation in Admin Centre Privacy Profile. This can be changed but is dependent on your organisation. If sent externally, it adds Microsoft's generic privacy statement - unfortunately there is no way to change this.

External users outside of Microsoft's network should be able to access the form if you set the form so that anyone can view and edit

Hope that answers your questions!
