Following our July 26, 2017 announcement, we have completed rolling out Microsoft Forms Public Preview to our Office 365 commercial subscribers. Today, all commercial customers can access Microsoft Forms through the Forms tile in the Office 365 app launcher or directly at http://forms.office.com.

Microsoft Forms is a simple and lightweight app for creating polls, surveys, and quizzes. With Microsoft Forms, your users can easily gather customer feedback, measure satisfaction, organize team events, and more. The app works on any web browser and includes features such as themes, logo and image support, real time responses, automatic charts, question branching, and support for collaboration.

Hi Kathy any idea when we can expect this to come out of preview?

Reason I ask is because I do not want to.roll this out to our users until I know what plans mocrosoft have.

Since if this becomes an additional subscription or has any major limitations put in place, my users will just go elsewhere for forms. Which would be a big shame they are on E3. As forms is a great user friendly tool.

Thanks

Phil

When will this be available for Microsoft Government Office 365 customers?

This morning I started having an issue with the forms I use. I cannot download the excel with all the responses due to error message: "Download excel file failed. Please try again later.", is there any time of solution for this issue or at least a workaround in how to download the excel with the answers?

Thanks for the questions. Micofot Forms is not yet available for O365 Gov users and apologize for the inconvinence. We do no thave any timeline can be committed at this moment. Will update you asap when we have a confirmed plan.

We are working proactively toward removing preview label. It will happen sometime after Microsoft Ignite conference. Will keep you posted

thanks for the update Kathy,

We are not releasing forms to our users until we know what the Preview means and what will change when it is GA. We do not want any nasty surprises like extra costs or limitations which will force us into abandoning a great simple to use product.

Thanks

Phil

Another O365 Government customer here, eager for the rollout of Forms to our tenant. We're waiting patiently but it would sure be helpful!
