Organizations often use computers, operating systems, and databases from a variety of vendors. That's why today, we're excited to announce three leading security companies - Bitdefender, Lookout, and Ziften - are partnering with us to enable Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) to detect, protect, and respond to security threats on macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android devices...

Great but with Bitdefender it seems pretty hard to connect/ integrate there portal with de ATP/ Security Center. The option to integrate is missing from the Cloud Gravityzone center. After creating a support request I got an url to logon and neter the token, Bitdefender won`t accept the token created at the MS side. Bitdefender support is already working on it for a week, but seems they are not totally ready for the integration yet.

Thank you for the feedback, I am sorry to hear about this bad experience - it definitely shouldn't be like this! I reached out to Bitdefender to understand what / where the issue is.

Work today for me, first try, all according to the docs. Maybe you paved the way for me :)

Great, we are happy to hear any feedback you have, in order improve and give you a better experience

I wasn`t able to integrate from the GravityZone, but needed to enter the token in this site

https://www.bitdefender.com/site/Downloads/sendtokenmicrosoft/ But before the token was accepted it took about 2,5 week. Now it is accepted but still don`t see my Mac with Bitdefender in Security Center. Do you see your clients in the security Center?
And what I noticed, I still don`t see an integration with ATP from Bitdefender GravityZone.

Hi Peter,

I sent you a message, let's take it offline for a quicker response.

Thanks,

Hi all - works perfect and fast.

Having the same problems. Followed the documentation at https://www.bitdefender.com/support/bitdefendergravityzoneand-microsoft-windows-defenderatpintegrati.... There's a bad link on the "Integrate the solutions" step on item #1 where it asks you to open the "Onboarding Page" but that link is a circular link to the article you're currently on. I've opened a support request asking them to point this to the https://www.bitdefender.com/site/Downloads/sendtokenmicrosoft/ page discussed earlier.

Hunting around for a fix myself I came across two pages where I can generate API tokens on the ATP side: Windows Defender Security Center > Settings > APIs > Threat intel or SIEM. I generated tokens in both areas and was given Access Tokens and Refresh Tokens. None of the four tokens worked on the https://www.bitdefender.com/site/Downloads/sendtokenmicrosoft/ page. Even tried plugging in the Bitdefender API key for giggles - no dice. "The provided token is invalid. Find out how to generate a valid Windows Defender ATP token in this KB article."

Doubting that Bitdefender will have a timely resolution to my support case. Any insight you guys can provide on your side? Thanks!

Good News Everyone!Good News Everyone!

Bitdefender updated my support request with an answer in less than 24 hours! I'm impressed. The link in the https://www.bitdefender.com/support/bitdefendergravityzoneand-microsoft-windows-defenderatpintegrati... article now takes you to https://onboarding.gravityzone.bitdefender.com/login?adobe_mc=MCMID%3D031785850258421910306536018382... which is the page described in the article. Just got everything integrated - good to go!
