After one reservation, trainer is not available anymore

We have something strange.  On wednesdays in the afternoon, colleagues can contact one of my trainers to get some support on Microsoft Office. To facilitate the appointments with the trainer, we set up Microsoft Bookings. I put wednesday in the afternoon as available time. slots of 30 minutes can be chosen.  But as soon as one colleague makes a reservation (for 30 min), no other slot is still available (message of 'is not available on this day').  We don't connect with the trainer's agenda.  Anyone same problem?
