I have a really small O365 subscription. It's just for me so there is no local IT department or anyone else I can go to.
The problem I have is that I enabled MFA on my admin account, that account has no license in O365 and is ment to be only for managing my tenant settings. I recently got a new phone number and no longer have access to that number. Besides that, I also got a new phone so you can guess the problem I have.
I'm no longer able to logon to the admin account because I cannot confirm it through the Microsoft Authenticator app :( The alternative options that are listed are all related to the authenticator app or the phone number that I now longer have.
I am able to logon to my user account that has a license.
The question is, what are my options for getting back access to my admin account?

@Thijs Lecomte No, it's just me. I have 1 admin and 1 user account in there...
How should I contact Microsoft? Is there contact information somewhere?

@Thijs Lecomte thanks for the suggestion. I used that page but then you get someone for Office for consumers instead of someone who actually knows something about Office 365. But he is getting me the contact details for the correct support department.

@Thijs Lecomte Sure, two local phone numbers for the Netherlands:
0800 020 2546 / 020 203 5362

Here you have global contact phone numbers directly to Office 365 support.
