I have a user who has somehow linked their work and personal Hotmail accounts so that when they open the OWA the email from field shows as their personal account rather than their work one. You can change it but we obviously want to remove this link. We don't see the account if we open OWA in "in private browsing" or incognito mode in chrome.
There is no option to remove linked accounts in OWA and we have tried to clearing the cache.
Any ideas?
