ODBC problem In Excel 2016. Office 365

Hello.

Today one of my odbc tables finished working, used it every day before. It stops excel every time, details below:

Other odbc tables are working normally now.

The excel file has .xlsm extension.

Number of imported rows presently is 96929, so the number of rows has not been exceeded.

The file stops Excel when I press the “Refresh” button.

If I choose Table/Edit Query on imported data, insert parameters and then return requested data
back to Excel the file works normally.
