How to create a macro to copy data from excel sheet and paste it on a webpage.

Hello,
Iam developing a quiz site. I entered all the questions in an excel sheet with 4 options.
Now i want a macro to copy data from each cell of excel and paste it in the site with 4 options.
My excel sheet format is as follows.
cells A B C D E
1 question 1 option 1 option2 and so on
2 question2 option 1 option2 option3
My dear fellow members can you please help me.

Hi,

I've same question but not for quiz site. Instead filling web forms using excel. Searched in INTERNET also.

Some solutions have found. But not tried anything yet.
