The packaging tool appears to loose command line arguments.  This is likely a flaw in the underlying manifest XML schema.

 

I know that AppX shortcuts have this limitation, but MSIX needs to have a way to support command line arguments.

Yes. Definitely needs some sort of automation support .. after all, probably only a matter of time before Chocolatey gets support for installing these, and that beautiful framework relies on command line arguments all the way.
