With Microsoft Intune, you can give users access to corporate resources through VPN, Wi-Fi, or email profiles. If you use certificates to authenticate those connections, your end users won't need to enter user names and passwords when they authenticate. You can use Intune to assign these certificates to the devices you manage via certificate profiles, you just need to complete a few steps to get this setup in your environment first.

Our official documentation on Intune certificate profiles can be found here , and to make the process even easier we’ve created two new guides that will not only walk you through the entire process but help you troubleshoot it as well.

Troubleshooting NDES configuration for use with Microsoft Intune certificate profiles : This guide walks you through setting up NDES for SCEP certificate deployment using a single certificate template. It provides best practices to help you avoid common problems as well as guidance on troubleshooting issues you may run into along the way.

Troubleshooting SCEP certificate profile deployment in Microsoft Intune : Once NDES is configured, this guide walks you through the Intune certificate profile creation and deployment process from start to finish. Like the first, this guide also offers best practices and troubleshooting tips to address almost any issue that might be encountered.

Whether you’re only in the planning stages, you’ve already setup it up and are having an issue, or maybe you just want to understand how the whole process works, I highly encourage you to give these a try. And as always, if you have any feedback on how we can make these better, just let us know in the comment section below.
