The Diversity and Tech Community Mentors App keeps getting better with new features and updates – all for YOU! Check out the latest and greatest improvements on the app today! Once you update the app, you can instantly access these new features:
- Goal Setting: Begin with the end in mind. You can now set and track goals for each mentorship engagement, in addition to communicating these via chat. Be sure to read the setting smart goals worksheet for tips from the experts!
New goal-setting function allows your mentee to share exactly what they're looking to get out of this mentorship!
Mentors can now see exactly which areas of mentorship that the mentees require, and how they are progressing in each area!

Request to End Mentorship before 30 days: Make good use of both your and your mentor's time. Sometimes, you might have learnt all you can from a particular mentor within a month and are looking to move on to the next skill set. You can now end a mentorship earlier than 30 days if you've completed your goals, or perhaps haven't found the right connection you were looking for.
- Report / Block User: We do not tolerate any form of harassment or bullying on the Community Mentors mentoring platform. If you experience an uncomfortable situation, help is just a click away. You can now block or report users if you are experiencing inappropriate behavior within the App. Our team will review all requests and take appropriate action. Users found to be in violation of our Community Code of Conduct will be removed immediately and banned from using the Community Mentors platform.

We want our mentors and mentees to be successful, and knowledge transfer is key to achieving this goal. To that end, we’ve updated our “User Guide,” which includes step-by-step instructions on how to use the app and get the most out of it! Click here to download the User Guide.
*Downloading Tip:
If you are outside of the U.S. and trying to download the Community Mentors App from the iOS App Store, try updating the link to include your geo location. For example, Australia would replace /us/ with /au/.
